Keep your own record of each cider.
Record the maker, cider and any apple, pear or style details you know. Your notes can help distinguish a bright, dry impression from a richer or sweeter one.
Start a tastingNotice the balance
Write down the fruit, acidity, sweetness or texture that stood out. These are your tasting observations, not lab measurements. A dislike is useful too: keep it beside the score so you can understand the impression later.
Keep releases distinct
Confirm the product details when adding a photo or a new entry. If the maker releases different batches or styles, keep the information you can verify and leave unknown details blank. A similar label need not mean an identical drink.
Return when it suits you
Save a cider without rating it, add a tasting after trying it, or put something unfamiliar on Wishlist. Review your own history alongside your other drink categories, with no requirement to complete a set or maintain a streak.
